Finding Inspiration in Patterns
This design that I copied was in the floor of one of the rooms at the J. Paul Getty Museum in Malibu, Calif. It was very precise and beautiful.
I went to the museum with my office, which was an in-house creative group for a large non-profit. We went on a couple inspiration field trips while I was in the group. Even though I was a writer, I found inspiration in the paintings, sculpture and architecture.
